🐻🏒They did it! Congratulations to the Binghamton Black Bears for the three-peat victory as champions of the Federal Prospects Hockey League! The team will take part in a celebration parade at 5:30 pm today in Downtown Binghamton.

🎸Make sure to get out to the Binghamton Rising music festival this Saturday for a block party featuring local folk phenom Driftwood and other great acts, and check out some of the other great bands playing in the area this week while you're at it!

🍝In an area full of neighborhood Italian restaurants, going to one of them after a long time can feel like catching up with an old friend - even if you've recently eaten at another!

This week I was happy to have both Tony's Italian Grill in Endicott and Cortese Restaurant on the East Side. Both are well-loved staples on different ends of the Triple Cities, but both comforting traditions you can tell many locals couldn't live without. If you frequent one, check out the other! Otherwise, find the family focused Italian comfort food nearest to you!
