The two Binghamton mayoral candidates, incumbent Jared Kraham (R) and Miles Burnett (D), faced off on housing and landlords, managing the Binghamton Police Department, blue bags, and more.

🧑‍⚖️Stadium 138 co-owner demanding shutdown of Blazin' Saddles, co-owned by fmr. Binghamton Mayor

The Press & Sun is reporting that former Binghamton Mayor Rich David and business partner Kristopher Kasmarick are being sued for allegedly violating a non-competition clause with Stadium 138.

David and Kasmarick's attorney said they do not believe there is merit to the lawsuit.
